About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a talented Senior Industrial Designer to join a dynamic product development team. This role requires a passion for enhancing people's lives through product design and a hands-on approach to bringing innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

Product Design:
Design products from concept to mass production, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams, including junior designers, to shape product strategy and vision.

Prototyping:
Develop prototypes using various methods, including 3D printing and working with fabrication teams.

Supplier Management:
Work with offshore suppliers to bring products to mass production.

Market Research:
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product design.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design or a recognized equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role designing quality consumer products.

Skills:

- Advanced-level Solidworks CAD skills.

- Experience in design for manufacture, including plastic component design, steel fabrication, and textile development.

- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
