Our private dental practice is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team! We take pride in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a positive, supportive environment where teamwork truly matters. Our office utilizes modern technology and advanced techniques, but what sets us apart most is the way we care for our patients and for one another. This role is ideal for a confident and compassionate leader who enjoys mentoring others, thrives in a chairside role, and knows how to make patients feel comfortable and cared for.

- Full-time
- Monday - Thursday
- 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (yes, long weekends!)
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

- Active RDA license (as required by the state)
- Experience with iTero, implants, endo, and/or perio strongly preferred
- Prior lead assisting experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus
