• Patient Relationships :

• Team Leadership :

• A minimum of 3 years of Experience is required
• Comfort with working in a well-established FFS practice in East Texas
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
