The General Dentist, reporting to the Lead Dentist or Regional Dental Director, provides general dentistry following the dental practice acts of the state where they are employed. Stives to deliver quality patient experience. Position contributes to Prism Health North Texas continued success by passionately executing the company’s business model’ promoting the company culture, mission and values; and ensuring consistent compliance with all key company programs and operating initiatives.

Responsible for driving superior levels of patient service while striving continuously to improve outcomes. Follows and supports the care model for patient experience. The PRN General Dentist provides short-term and intermittent clinical coverage to support continuity of dental services during planned or unplanned absences of full-time dentists, including vacation, PTO, and holidays. This role is scheduled on an as-needed basis and does not carry guaranteed hours.
