Our private dental office is seeking a friendly, confident, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our upbeat and supportive orthodontic team.

• Monday-Friday
• 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM

• 1-2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator preferred (recent graduates welcome to apply)
• Experience supporting office management or leadership preferred
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
• Detail-oriented and comfortable presenting treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and discussing finances
• Positive attitude with a professional presence
• Experience with Ortho Fi software preferred
• iTero Dental 3D Scanner experience is a plus
• Radiology certification preferred
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (not required)

• Welcome new and existing patients, ensuring a warm and comfortable experience
• Guide patients through exams, treatment options, and financial arrangements
• Collaborate closely with doctors to support smooth clinical flow
• Assist with front office operations and contribute to overall practice success
• Help maintain a patient-first culture in every interaction
