• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns, educating on treatment options, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
• Regularly review business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with providers and office staff to ensure priorities and work assignments are communicated.
• Lead strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and job functions.

• Minimum of high‑school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience; dental experience preferred.
