Established in 1912, Lakewood Country Club is a prestigious family-oriented country club located in the charming Lakewood/East Dallas neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Dallas and White Rock Lake. As one of the premier clubs in North Texas, the club offers members a vibrant and active community with top-notch amenities. Lakewood features an expansive 68,000-square-foot clubhouse recently expanded and remodeled to provide a modern and welcoming experience for members and guests alike.

This is a year around part-time, on-site role for a Tennis Pro Shop Member Services associate, based in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include assisting members and guests with pro shop transactions, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and organizing inventory, managing reservations and court bookings, and promoting tennis-related merchandise and services. Additional responsibilities may involve ensuring the shop remains clean and professionally presented at all times.

• Position will work on weekdays Monday
  -Friday with a typical scheduled from @ 3:00-8:00 PM (9:30 PM Tuesday and Thursday nights based on tennis season and events).
• Handles court reservations accurately and enters them on reservation system.
• Answers all incoming telephone calls.
• Assists Member and Guests with special merchandise orders.
• Sells equipment, apparel and other stock supplied in the Tennis Shop.
• Directs players to sign-up sheets and events and clinics
• Replenish stock and arranges merchandise
• Proper charging of Members and Guests for department services
• Straighten up Member areas around deck and tennis courts
