As a Workerbee:You will help solve complex problems and bring real value to companies through hands‑on expertise in SaaS customer lifecycle management, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot, and subscription revenue growth strategies.
What our customers need help with:- Managing the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for SaaS products.
- Using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Gainsight to track customer engagement, health scores, and revenue opportunities.
- Driving product adoption through enablement programs, success planning, and regular business reviews with client stakeholders.
- Identifying expansion opportunities such as upsell, cross‑sell, and feature adoption using usage data and product analytics tools like Pendo or Mixpanel.
- Acting as the primary client liaison to coordinate with internal product, support, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
- Strong ability to build long‑term client relationships and drive measurable customer outcomes.
- Experience managing SaaS subscription models, renewals forecasting, and account health metrics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Hub Spot, Zendesk, and product analytics platforms.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and customer success teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service levels and retention.
