6‑Month Contract-to-Hire | Career Growth | Cross‑Training
Customer Accounts Representative (Light Collections)

• Customer Accounts Representative (Light Collections)
  Mon–Fri 8–5 with two late nights (11–8) and every other Saturday 8–12. Light past‑due outreach and payment/help desk support.
• Customer Care Representative
  Mon–Fri 8–5; one Saturday per month 8–12. Inbound calls for account, payment, and website assistance.
• Credit Department Associate
  Flexible schedule with some OT (two Saturdays per month 8–12). Reviews/enters contracts, verifies information, outbound calls to dealers. No inbound customer calls.

• Bachelor’s preferred (Associate or 1–2 years experience acceptable)
• Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail

• Onsite, career‑minded environment with rotating departments

This is a contract‑to‑hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay range: $18.50 – $23.50 per hour.
