Client Relations Specialist - Language Services Overview
We’re hiring a Client Relations Specialist to support our Language Interpretation customers, strengthen day‑to‑day relationships, and ensure outstanding service outcomes. The role emphasizes proactive communication, and issue resolutions - while offering room to grow into broader account‑management responsibilities over time.
What You’ll Do- Be the go‑to contact for customers - build rapport, ensure responsive communication, and foster trust.
- Proactive outreach & follow‑through reach out promptly when there’s a question, delay, or unresolved matter; close the loop and document outcomes.
- Opportunity spotting: surface observed needs or service gaps the team could improve outcomes or expand our support for the account.
- Coordinate internally with cross‑functional partners to execute customer needs and initiatives smoothly.
- 5+ years in customer service or client‑facing support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in email and on the phone; confident, professional client interactions.
- Strong prioritization and follow‑up abilities to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
- A comfort level in taking initiative and collaborating within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams; PowerPoint a plus).
- Experience with Quick Base or other database software
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Business review preparation to help organize and contribute to customer business reviews (e.g., notes, updates, slides) that identify needs, challenges, and solutions.
This is a full-time position with benefits. Standard workdays are Monday
- Friday.
