Job SummaryThe Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, responding to inquiries and questions, handling customer feedback, resolving problems and providing information that addresses the customer request or concern. As this environment is fast paced, you must be able to work under pressure and accurately process a high volume of calls on a daily basis and follow up with the request until it is resolved.
*** This is a seasonal position and will have an end date of approximately September 2025***
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Demonstrated proficiency and work experience using MS Excel & Outlook
- CRM experience
- Knowledge of inbound/outbound call center processes
This position works in a typical office environment, is generally sedentary, and uses computers, calculators, phones, and other office equipment. Work is conducted in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Flexible Schedule with weekends and evenings rotation as needed. Overtime may be required.
