Job Description:
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with commercial and government payers
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred.
- Provide clear and compassionate explanations of procedures, appointments, billing, and insurance coverage.
- Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, confirming, or cancelling appointments.
