Position OverviewMCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in tailored solutions. We need experienced account receivable specialists to respectfully recover past‑due consumer accounts. After completing a two‑week professional recovery agent training, you will work to resolve open accounts with customers, using negotiation methodologies, maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments toward recovery goals.
Position Responsibilities- Utilize contact technology and recovery strategies to locate parties.
- Understand the customer’s situation and identify the best payment plan.
- Negotiate payment terms with empathy, tact, and professionalism.
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Respond effectively to common collection call challenges.
- Meet monthly goals and perform other assigned duties.
- Attend meetings, training, and review new materials to stay up‑to‑date.
- Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Typing at least 20 words per minute.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS.
- Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow‑up on customer issues.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, problem‑solving, and negotiation.
- Customer‑service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious).
- Can multi‑task, stay focused, and self‑manage.
- Strong team orientation and customer focus.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with change and ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
