Live at CAP is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join aboutique, Class A luxury portfolio in Frisco, Texas. This role is designed for a polished, personable professional who thrives in a high-touch environment and understands that leasing at this level is about hospitality, presentation, and relationships—not just transactions.

• Hasprior multifamily leasing experience(luxury or Class A strongly preferred)
• Engaging during tours and interactions while remaining polished and professional
• Has a commitment to, and passionate for, providing outstanding customer service
• Has aType-A mindset with excellent organization and follow-up
• Views leasing as ahospitality-driven experience, not just a sales role
• Is comfortable serving as abrand ambassador in a boutique luxury setting
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Takes ownership and genuinely cares about the resident and prospect experience

• Deliver personalized toursthat reflect the community’s boutique feel
• Build authentic relationships with prospects and residents
• Manage thoughtful and consistent follow-up from first contact through move-in
• Accurately maintain leasing activity, traffic, and documentation
• Support resident retention, renewals, and day-to-day customer service
• Assist with curated community events and marketing initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the onsite team to uphold a refined standard of presentation and service
• Full-time position
• $25 per hour
• Commission opportunities
