Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing their accounts and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary liaison for all account-related inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails, calls, and other communications.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer account activity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate concerns or requests for product enhancements.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
