Cowboy Bail Bonds is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager who is ready to provide outstanding support with empathy and accuracy. This is an extremely important position at Cowboy Bail that makes a direct impact to the families and customers we serve.
This position will work directly with our leadership team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in being a calming, helpful presence during stressful times. The Sales and Customer Service Lead Manager will work with judicial court systems in the DFW area and over 50 municipalities and city jails.
We’re not looking for someone to just clock in and out—we’re looking for someone who wants to make a difference, be a part of a growing team, develop professionally along the way and create solutions for clients to navigate complex issues.
What You’ll Do- Develop and drive the implementation of a sales strategy that is aligned with the strategic direction and goals of the organization
- Create team goals and ensure that the sales team meets/exceeds those goals
- Responsible for identifying, coaching, training and mentoring sales staff to improve sales performance
- Conduct Quality Assurance monitoring and scoring
- Monitor phone calls and provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives
- Identify problems and common mistakes and provide corrective actions to improve results
- Provide excellent, compassionate customer service in both English and Spanish
- Input client data into our customer management system
- Help clients understand their options and find creative solutions to complex problems
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally in stressful situations
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
- Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Naturally empathetic and passionate about helping others
