This full-time on-site role, based in Dallas, TX, is for a Customer Service Specialist. The individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone or email, resolving customer issues, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams to provide superior customer experiences.

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering responsive and effective assistance
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Proficiency in professional Phone Etiquette and excellent communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred
