Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in facilitating effective communication between our organization and our diverse clientele. As a Communications Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update database with relevant information.
