A customer service staffing company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist in Irving, TX, to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding mortgage servicing. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of customer service experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and be able to work independently as well as in a team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Contract position for 3 months with a pay rate of $18 - $20 per hour.
