Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to serve as a key point of contact between our organization and its clients. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless communication flow, addressing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, and supporting internal teams to maintain a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
