Campaign Nucleus, a leading SaaS platform for campaigns and organizations, is expanding our team and actively seeking a seasoned Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic group. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will extend to guiding clients in maximizing the platform’s capabilities to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with internal teams to articulate client needs and contribute to the platform’s strategic roadmap.

This position requires in-office availability in Greater Fort Lauderdale area.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and friendly support.
  • Resolve client issues and address complaints with a commitment to achieving high satisfaction levels.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and conduct training sessions.
  • Manage client accounts, overseeing billing and maintaining up-to-date contact details.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement of our services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Proactively engage with clients, identifying opportunities for retention and upselling.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Background in politics, digital, marketing, or SaaS.
  • Experience with Client facing role in SaaS or tech platform - preferably
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
  • Position may involve travel.
  • In-office availability is mandatory.
