Job Overview

Our rapid expansion has created an opportunity to add a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our team, replacing a team member who has been promoted.

This role is critical to our daily operations. We assist national clients with maintaining their single-family rental homes across multiple cities, and efficiently processing maintenance requests is key to our success.

As a CSR, you will manage emailed work orders from clients, schedule services directly with tenants, and dispatch technicians accordingly. You will also provide ongoing updates to clients until work is completed.

In addition to being comfortable with multiple computer systems, email platforms, texting, and phone systems, our CSRs must demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • The ability to remain professional and calm when tenants are not
  • A high level of reliability, maturity, and accountability
  • A true sense of ownership over their work and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process emailed maintenance work orders from clients
  • Schedule service appointments with tenants
  • Dispatch technicians to assigned jobs
  • Communicate updates to clients throughout the service lifecycle
  • Accurately document work orders, schedules, and communications
  • Maintain professionalism in high-volume and fast-paced situations
