Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance across phone, email, and live chat. Your main goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by effectively resolving inquiries, addressing issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: On site
Pay Range: $750 - $1,100 per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with products or services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support requests in our CRM system.
  • Provide product information, guidelines, and assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and suggest potential improvements for customer support processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
