Position Responsibilities- Prepares and executes sales requests for material requirements from customers.
- Works with customers to process RMAs and core returns.
- Order fulfillment support with internal/external programs, working to customer commit dates.
- Review and identify technical documentation to determine alternate parts for customer fulfillment and repair management activities.
- Mitigates risks and issues related to customer support programs.
- Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements.
- Organizes and tracks freight transportation reports in support of programs.
- Monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules for customers.
- Provides program timely communication, leadership and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions.
- 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience developing/maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Proficient with various inter‑relational software programs (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working within the Aviation Industry.
- Experience working with Used Serviceable Material with a focus on Engines.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents.

Summary Pay Range: $79,050 – $106,950 annually.
