$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

As a Member Assist Cart Attendant you ensure a well‑kept parking lot, assist members with purchases, load vehicles, and support a great member experience. Rain or shine, you are constantly on your feet and ready to help.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer member questions.
• Keep the parking lot and cart area clean, neat, and ready for members.
• Assist members with loading vehicles and transporting items.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations.
• Support checkout, payment processing, and product promotion.

Minimum qualifications are provided in the full job description. Preferred qualifications include strong customer service skills and the ability to stand for long periods.
