We’re not looking for someone to just clock in and out—we’re looking for someone who wants to make a difference, be a part of a growing team, and develop professionally along the way.
Starting Pay: $15 - $22 based on experience
Schedule: Must be available for full-time, in-office work (weekends included)
Preferred Bilingual: English and Spanish
What You’ll Do:- Take applications from potential clients and guide them through our intake process
- Provide excellent, compassionate customer service in both English and Spanish
- Input client data into our customer management system
- Help clients understand their options and find creative solutions to complex problems
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally in stressful situations
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
- Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Naturally empathetic and passionate about helping others
- Eager to learn and ready to grow within the company
