Full-Time | In-Office Only

Earn $15/hour + Monthly Potential Bonus of $1,500 + additional incentives. Yearly hourly compensation around $31,140 with potential total earnings up to approximately $49,140 depending on bonuses and incentives.

• Make outbound calls using an auto dialer to customers 1–30 days past due
• Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track
• Take inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions
• Use judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong listening skills and a customer service mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Must live within 30 miles of Dallas, TX – on-site only

• High School Diploma, GED or higher level preferred
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Type at least 35 WPM
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office)
• Reliable and punctual
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, not required
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
