As the first point of guest contact, the Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for ticket sales and guest service inquiries. Your goal is to meet or surpass the expectations of every guest by providing a friendly and engaging experience, while completing accurate and efficient sales transactions and increasing revenue opportunities.

• Handle money efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly and engaging experience in taking guest photos.
• Provide a pleasant and informative elevator ride; answer all guest questions and address concerns while moving guests to various levels.
• Ensure stanchions are set appropriately at all levels; coordinate lines of people waiting for the elevator on all levels; ensure signs and display messaging correctly direct guests at all levels.
• Alternate elevators during peak guest times; manage elevator movement and communication through multiple monitors and lines of communication.
• Be informed of scheduled group reservations and any special needs that may need to be addressed.
• Maintain ticket and receipt stock levels in all printers and kiosks.
• Wear a uniform and identification.
• Drive revenue through guest interactions and provide excellent guest service through personalized conversation.
• Handle high ticketing volume and follow cash handling procedures.
• Take guest photos; operate the PORT (elevator) system; operate a virtual reality (VR) system.
