Position Title: Client Success Representative

Department: Success Staff

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Success Staff Manager

Work Schedule: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday

Job Summary:

The Client Success Representative plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate service to potential and existing clients.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of daily phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process changes to active insurance policies while ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide 5-star customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Input client data into insurance quoting systems and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Review insurance policies and contracts meticulously to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Follow established workflows and contribute to process improvements.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, preferably in an independent agency.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review policies with precision.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new web-based software programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Organized and process-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • High school diploma or GED
Physical Demands
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a headset, and printer.
  • Regular use of computer systems and phone calls, requiring prolonged screen time and phone conversations.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
