March 2nd, 2026 Job Description

NOTE:
For the ideal candidate, this position begins as a 60-day, subcontractor 1099 position (20-24 hours/week), pay commensurate with experience. For the right fit, it transitions into a full-time salaried position with a growing vacation package and thoughtful studio benefits.

The Role:

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a small studio work environment where focus and dedication are key, but creativity and ideas are valued. It s a perfect fit for someone who values their space but also craves meaningful camaraderie and collaboration. While in-studio is required during the trial period, a hybrid/flexible model is followed once you become f/t.

This is a multi-faceted role where creativity, hands-on execution and brand strategic thinking come together.

You will shape KUFRI’s storytelling by conceptualizing and executing elevated, on-brand creative assets across all digital, social, print and experiential channels.

You will own creative production and execution, ensuring all brand materials are polished, consistent and on time. You will also create content for all our platforms. You will be in-charge of in-house product photography and light video content.

While textiles are our mainstay, we are creating a new concept called KUFRI Editions — a curated bookstore with in-person programming like pop-ups and gatherings. You will help shape and build the brand voice and visual language from its early stages, translating ideas into a cohesive, lived brand experience.
