Social Media and Digital Content Consultant

* ## Creates and publishes content across channels (e.g., Linked In, Instagram, etc. — based on need).* ## Optimizes posts for reach and engagement using best practices (copy, hashtags/keywords, timing, CTAs, format selection).* ## Engages with audiences by monitoring comments/messages and escalating issues as needed.* ## Three Plus Years Experience in Social Media, Digital Content, Communications, or Other Related Field Experience* ## Experience creating and publishing content to digital and social media channels* ## Video editing skills including, but not limited to, time editing, captioning, and sound leveling Webcasting software administration skills* ## Proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, and Avid Media Composer* ## Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with an Eye for Crafting Compelling, Audience-driven Messaging* ## Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite* ## Strong Relationship Building and Collaboration Skills* ## Ability to Thrive in a Fast-paced Environment, Balancing Multiple Projects and Priorities* ## Working knowledge of content performance metrics and reporting* ## Strong project management skills;

able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders* ## Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, English or Other Related Areas* ## Previous Beer, Spirits and/or Distribution Experience* ## Project Management Experience* ## Bilingual in Spanish* ## Familiarity with basic design principles and templates (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma—depending on team)* ## Experience supporting employer brand and/or internal communications
