Associate Experiential Producer
Under the general direction of a lead Event Producer, the Associate Experiential Producer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual brand experiences. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about bringing brand stories to life through immersive consumer engagement.
The Associate Experiential Producer, in addition to their daily duties, will be exposed to the process of budget tracking, writing status reports, and the overall event production process compliance. The role works cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Account, Production, and external partners to help deliver impactful experiences on time and on budget.
- Assist with the management of event production from conception to pre-production, to onsite execution including set-up/break down and wrap-up. Includes troubleshooting and quality control.
- Support team in all aspects of event production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered.
- Serve as the point of contact on assigned projects, being responsible for the third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of event deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorm meetings and contribute to ideation of events.
- Assist with the management of tracking and ordering inventory and collateral stored in house as well as in off-site storage facilities.
- Run small projects/events under the leadership of the Executive Director, Experiential.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments and vendors to ensure all necessary collateral is created for events and projects.
- Venue, vendor, and experiences research and sourcing including new event production formats, technologies, and solutions.
- Multicultural (Black & Hispanic) experience required. This means knowing how to advocate for these segments.
- BA or BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Qualified candidates should have 2+ years experiential experience.
- Candidates must have excellent writing, editing, listening, and verbal communication skills, a pleasant phone manner and a customer service attitude.
- Candidates must be detail oriented and have superior organization skills capable of prioritizing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, problem solve and work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually.
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and traveling as needed.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company(applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
