Content Creator, Digital Media ​/ Production

This role involves launching and managing a new family-focused You Tube and Tik Tok channel, centered on the relocation journey from Dubai to Dallas Fort Worth and ongoing family life. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire process from initial setup to content strategy, production, and ongoing channel management. The family consists of five energetic children aged 6–10, and the content will highlight their experiences, personalities, and the transition to a new environment.

The position requires a creative, organized, and proactive individual with a strong understanding of family-friendly digital content and social media growth strategies.

• Set up and optimize You Tube and Tik Tok channels, including branding, profile creation, and channel art
• Develop a content calendar tailored to family life, relocation, and engaging moments
• Produce, edit, and publish regular video content featuring the family’s experiences
• Implement strategies to grow followers and increase engagement across both platforms
• Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance data
• Manage community interactions, comments, and audience engagement
• Provide ongoing recommendations for content improvement and channel growth

• Proven experience managing and growing You Tube and Tik Tok channels, preferably with family or lifestyle content
• Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut)
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for family-friendly content
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively suggest creative ideas
• Experience with analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy
• Knowledge of child safety and privacy considerations in online content
• Availability for ongoing management and content scheduling
• Based in or able to work with clients in the Dallas Fort Worth area is a plus
