Hours:
Up to 20 hours per week (with potential to become full-time within a few months)
The Role
We’re seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead and execute our social presence across the Instagram. This part-time role definitely has the potential to evolve into a full-time position within a few months for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate a luxury brand into compelling, organic content—balancing strategy, creativity, and consistency.
You’ll work closely with the founder to shape our social voice, plan content, and create beautiful, on-brand visuals that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee Instagram account
- Create original, on-brand content for social media and website use (photo, video, reels, Tik Toks, stories)
- Develop and maintain a content planner/calendar for the Instagram
- Stay up to date on platform trends and apply them thoughtfully to a luxury lifestyle brand
- Assist with monthly photoshoots, including planning, on-site support, and content capture
- Collect, curate, and create customer testimonials for social media, website, and marketing
- Collaborate on creative direction and storytelling for launches and key brand moments
- Experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or lifestyle business
- Strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling, especially within luxury, fashion, interiors, or lifestyle
- Comfortable shooting and editing content on iPhone (Reels, Tik Toks, Stories)
- Proficient in Canva
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage content planning independently
- Strong understanding of Instagram best practices
- Must be based in Dallas, TX and available to work in person
- Part-time role, up to 20 hours per week
