Overview
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials to support an award-winning national team of commercial real estate brokers. The ideal candidate will design high-quality marketing pieces including offering memorandums (OMs), proposals, flyers, track records and custom projects.
- Create and produce marketing communications pieces for internal clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure visual materials align with broker strategy
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency, corporation, or small business
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing layout design and photo retouching skills
- Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle constructive feedback
- Positive attitude, self-starter and strong problem-solving skills
- Commercial real estate experience is a bonus
- Online portfolio required
