We are seeking a Dallas, Texas based, Senior Digital Designer with strong client leadership capability — someone who has come from a hands-on design background and is ready to operate across design, client relationships, and business growth.

The Role

As our Senior Digital Designer / Client Partner, you will sit at the intersection of creative leadership, client management, and new business development.

This is a senior, outward-facing role. You will be responsible for leading digital design outputs while also owning key client relationships and playing a visible role in identifying, nurturing, and converting new opportunities for the agency.

You will work directly with clients — from ideation and pitching through to delivery — acting as a trusted creative partner who understands both the design craft and commercial outcomes.

Importantly, this role requires someone who has been a designer. You bring credibility, empathy, and practical understanding of the design process, while confidently operating in a client-facing, growth-oriented capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality digital design work across brand, product and visual communications (Designer access to our Melbourne and European design teams)
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the US, building trusted, long-term relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and proactively contribute to new business development
• Ideate, pitch and present creative concepts directly to clients to secure new work
• Manage client expectations, scope, timelines and budgets across multiple projects
• Translate briefs into strong creative direction and oversee execution with internal and freelance teams
• Project manage creative work to ensure delivery is on time, on budget and to a high standard
• Collaborate with sales, strategy and leadership to support agency growth initiatives
• Provide creative leadership, mentorship and feedback to designers across the studio
• Engage and manage freelance designers and developers as required
• You will be working with a Global team of designers and creatives. As such, there will be times when after hours executive mtgs take place.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, web and UX/UI work
• Prior experience in an agency environment preferred
• Proven experience working directly with clients
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools such as Power Point
• Experience balancing creative delivery with client and commercial responsibilities
• Dallas based full time role – fully remote
