VML is seeking an Senior Art Director with strong design skills, a strong creative mindset and proven background to join our world class creative team. As a Senior Art Director, you craft big ideas and then push them relentlessly to fruition, inspiring all around you with your speed, grit and obsessive attention to detail. You'll partner with a Copywriter but are able to fly solo when needed, owning projects with ease.
Client relationship and presentation skills are expected.

Someone who possesses a talent for transforming great ideas into award-winning creative, and has a passion for visual storytelling. We are looking for a creative who enjoys selling their ideas as much as they love crafting them.
Whatyou'll do
- Art Direction | Provide art direction and design support for projects across digital and print channels.
- Translate | Capture brand voice in marketing materials from conception to execution of final deliverables. Own the work.
- Craft | Juggle projects and brands simultaneously. Conceptualize new campaign ideas and tactics based on the established voice and tone of the brand.
- Collaborate | Partner with the copywriters for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects, including the conception and execution of final deliverables.
- Concept | Concept big ideas and innovative tactics that can span a range of platforms, including digital, mobile, social, CRM, and broadcast.
- Open and collaborative | Our team is close-knit and supportive and we're working with a lot of unknowns. You collaborate and partner with the copywriter to ensure that both the copy and visuals are in perfect sync to make the concept as powerful, vivid and compelling as possible.

- Minimum 3 years in an AD role or higher in advertising
- Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns that include digital / social / emerging media
- Hands-on Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Presentation, and InDesign skills

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
