Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of work experience in the SaaS arena. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the end user. You will work with product managers, engineers, and other designers as part of cross-functional teams that own and manage different products.

You will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. If you are someone who not only understands but can also demonstrate a strong muscle memory of design fundamentals and applied areas, we want you aboard!

• Identify new product improvement opportunities.
• Analyze how a new product/flow/feature satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Experience with AI
  - Design tooling is mandatory. Applications without a folio will not be considered.
• At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience, bonus points if you have 1 or more years in building and maintaining design systems.
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wire framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• A broad portfolio that demonstrates your design chops across the phases mentioned above, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
• Proven visual design skills that value the craft and quality of a user experience (hierarchy, layout, interactions, etc. ).
• Well-versed with Vibe-designing, familiarity with AI-tooling for design.
• Experience as a contributor to multiple high-impact projects and working as a team of one.
• An intuitive eye for user, customer, and business needs beyond the obvious.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts.
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
• Assist Junior designers, PMs, and product engineers when needed.
• Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
