Community Associate – French Speaking

Clapper is a social platform that empowers creators to grow and stand out. We’re looking for a passionate French‑speaking Community Associate to help grow and support our rapidly expanding French community while fostering meaningful interactions.

Hybrid position in the DFW area.

• Handle user inquiries in French, ensuring positive, accurate, and professional communication.
• Collaborate with creators and community leaders to build an active, welcoming French community.
• Create content for in‑app announcements, campaigns, and group chats tailored to French‑speaking users.
• Moderate live streams and community events to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product improvements and engagement strategies.
• Stay updated on Clapper’s features and trends within the French‑speaking digital landscape.

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• 2‑3 years of experience in community management, customer service, or a similar field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools and trends in French‑speaking communities.
• Comfortable being on camera.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and peak hours.
• Experience moderating online communities or managing content (preferred, but not required).

This part‑time position has the potential to grow into a full‑time role.
