• Creating rug weaving specifications and designs in response to given briefs and amending designs where necessary.
• Quality control: analyze rug production and samples for rug weave specification accuracy.
• Prepare yarn cards and rug poms for client presentations.
• Maintain and organize development samples, color tools, and studio working spaces.
• Prepare warps and wefts, dress loom.
• Weave rug samples.

• 3+ years textile design / weaving experience.
• Graphic art / print experience.
• Knowledge of fabric / weave structure.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and punctual.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, organizational habits, and team player.
• Knowledge of computer‑aided design programs (such as Ned Graphics / Texcelle, and Adobe Suite).
