- Capture and deliver original, high‑resolution photographs aligned with creative and brand guidelines.
- Execute high‑quality product, lifestyle, and corporate photography—from setup through final delivery.
- Shoot, light, and edit imagery for e‑commerce, print campaigns, social media, and brand marketing materials.
- Manage studio workflow:
Prep product samples, organize props and maintain equipment, and ensure assets are named and stored correctly. - Maintain a consistent visual style across all content in accordance with brand standards.
- Adjust lighting, composition, and framing to ensure consistency and quality across image sets.
- Upload, tag, and archive image files using standardized naming and metadata formats.
- Write clear annotations describing the visual content, context, and style of each image.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver assets on time and aligned with campaign needs.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep visual output fresh and competitive.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 2‑4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Knowledge of Digital Medium Format cameras, DSLRs, and studio lighting equipment.
- Knowledge in color correction, image resolutions, advanced photography skills and current workflow procedures.
- Skills in post‑production editing.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Spark, and Premiere.
- Experience capturing high‑quality photography in a professional, or freelance, capacity preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent). Capture One experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of studio lighting, camera operation, and post‑production workflows preferred.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously preferred.
- Comfortable working independently while taking creative direction with precision preferred.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Experience in product or industrial photography preferred.
- Familiarity with visual storytelling in a corporate or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic video capture and editing skills for short‑form or marketing content preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
