Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking an Estimator to assist in preconstruction cost planning, bid strategy, and pricing accuracy for large scale commercial and civil construction projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages across multi trade construction scopes
- Analyze drawings and specifications to develop accurate budgets and competitive proposals
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing while maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Partner with project managers and field teams to confirm scope coverage, schedules, and constructability
- Identify pricing risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities prior to bid submission
- Manage multiple concurrent bids while meeting strict deadlines and accuracy standards
- Experience estimating commercial and civil construction projects across multiple trades and scopes
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, procurement processes, and cost drivers
- Proficiency with estimating software, digital takeoff tools, and blueprint reading
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced preconstruction environment
