We’re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established and respected Texas-based general contractor with a strong portfolio in K-12, higher education, and CMAR delivery projects. This is a key role for a professional who thrives in a collaborative preconstruction environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to both clients and project teams.

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

• Lead the estimation and preconstruction process for CMAR and K-12 projects.
• Develop detailed quantity takeoffs, pricing, and cost analyses.
• Collaborate closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors to refine budgets and proposals.
• Manage pre-bid meetings, value engineering exercises, and bid reviews.
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to preconstruction best practices.
• 7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, ideally with K-12 or CMAR delivery methods.
• Proven ability to develop accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from $10M–$100M+.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., OST, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
