Senior Estimator

This full-time Senior Estimator position is an on-site role located in Dallas, TX. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects. Responsibilities include evaluating project plans and specifications, preparing bids and proposals, soliciting vendor and subcontractor quotes, and managing the development of project budgets.

The role requires close attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to deliver precise cost assessments within required timelines.

• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis within the construction industry
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate estimations
• Proficiency with estimation software, and familiarity with project management tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in commercial or industrial construction projects
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards
