Construction Estimator

A well-established General Contractor based in North Dallas is looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to support their continued growth across the DFW market.

This contractor specializes in ground-up commercial construction and is seeking someone who can independently manage the full estimating process from start to finish.

• Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid analysis
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
• Develop competitive, accurate proposals and budgets
• Work closely with preconstruction and operations teams
• Take ownership of estimates with minimal supervision

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator with a Commercial General Contractor
• Strong background in ground-up commercial projects
• Proven ability to estimate projects independently
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction means & methods
• Experience working on projects throughout the DFW market
