Senior Superintendent

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead the construction of complex K-12 education projects in North Texas. • Lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale K-12 school projects

• Direct field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and with high quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and school district representatives.
• Enforce safety standards and foster a culture of accountability on the jobsite.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff, providing leadership and professional development.

• 10+ years of superintendent experience, including significant K-12 or institutional project work
  .
• Successful track record delivering complex projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software (preferred).
