• Lead implementation of the company safety program and ensure full compliance with OSHA and all site specific safety requirements for employees, subcontractors, and visitors
• Participate in incident investigations and ensure timely documentation and corrective action
• Coordinate and support OSHA inspections, government reviews, licensing matters, and regulatory compliance
• Provide leadership and direction to Superintendents and Foremen to ensure efficient execution of assigned work
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and subcontractors regarding scope, sequencing, and potential risks
• Identify and resolve construction challenges such as productivity issues, trade coordination conflicts, and material shortages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Attend and contribute to pre construction and progress meetings
• Assist with initial client engagement to evaluate project scope, schedule, and required resources
• Plan and organize project activities under the direction of senior leadership
• Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within company guidelines
• Coordinate work sequencing across multiple trades and subcontractors
• Monitor field activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Maintain and update project forecasts to confirm materials, equipment, and labor are properly scheduled
• Oversee preparation and review of change order pricing and documentation
• Ensure approved change orders are reflected in as built drawings
• Support monthly cost reporting and financial tracking, including billing and expense management
• Review RFI logs and identify potential impacts to schedule or cost
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, logistics, purchasing, quality, and safety teams to support field operations
• Ensure all work complies with applicable state and regulatory codes
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations
• Review inspection reports and track resolution of deficiencies
• Code invoices, track back charges, maintain accurate documentation, and update project schedules
• Assist with percent complete calculations for monthly invoicing and job cost reporting
• Investigate serious issues and implement corrective actions within company policies
