The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of commercial construction projects, preparing detailed proposals, and supporting project planning and scheduling activities.

• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop comprehensive bid packages based on project requirements and specifications.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers, obtain quotes, and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Monitor project budgets throughout the construction phase, tracking expenses and providing regular cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to cost factors, ensuring project profitability and compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather project details and ensure accurate estimations.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, contracts, and relevant correspondence.
• Stay updated on industry trends, construction methods, and material costs to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction estimating
• Proficiency in construction estimating software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
