Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Dallas, TX location for our Azteca Enterprises division. In this role, you will oversee the coordination and management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing construction strategies, managing project timelines, coordinating project teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and monitoring construction progress to address any challenges or delays promptly.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management techniques
  • Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management methodologies
  • Experience with creating and managing budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in managing infrastructure, government, or commercial projects is a plus
  • Ability to work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management software tools is advantageous
