Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects
, managing day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
- Education and campus developments
- Large-scale retail and institutional buildings
- Lead all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination
- Manage schedules, site logistics, and inspections
- Enforce safety standards and quality control
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, and design teams
- Drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
- Healthcare, education, campus, or retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Strong backlog of upcoming work
